Tiger Woods withdrew from the Safeway Open on Monday, but some people still got to see him in action this week.

Woods hit balls on the range and gave tips to a members-only audience at the Tiger Woods Foundation Clinic on Tuesday at the Monterey Peninsula Country Club. The clinic, which had been planned before the WD, is about 160 miles from where he was set to begin his 2016-17 PGA Tour season — and make his first start in more than 14 months — at the Safeway on Thursday in Napa.

Check out the videos below, tweeted by Steve Lutton. Woods withdrew from the Safeway on Monday, saying he felt strong but that his game “is vulnerable and not where it needs to be.” He also pulled out of the Turkish Airlines Open in November but said he hopes to play the Hero World Challenge, his foundation’s tournament, in December.
