Pebble Beach Golf Links and the Monterey Peninsula have long been a hub for the biggest, richest and swankiest celebrities in the biz. Especially around February, when the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am comes to town. The Bing Crosby National Pro-Amateur — known to most as simply the Crosby Clambake — started in 1937 and has blossomed into its current name and one of the most well-known stops on the PGA Tour. Sure, there are plenty of reasons for that: the iconic course, gorgeous scenery, lavish 17-Mile Drive and the dozens of multi-million-dollar mansions speckled across some of the most expensive land in the world. But, more than anything, it was the celebrities that made the Clambake unique and helped bring fans back. Over the years there have been many celeb regulars and favorites — looking at you, Bill Murray — and we might even see some of them this week walking Pebble Beach with Tiger Woods or Jordan Spieth, or perhaps sipping on their favorite cocktail in The Tap Room off the 18th hole. Pebble will always be synonymous with celebs. Here are a few of the most popular ones over the years.
