Penati Golf Club plays host this week on the second-tier European golf tour, boasting the 783-yard 15th hole, which claims to be the longest hole in all of Europe. With that incredible length, players gain the benefit of an extra stroke for par. Yes, it’s a rare par 6.
According to the course, the hole boasts and alarming 11 tee boxes. In case it wasn’t clear just how long 783 yards is, the Challenge Tour crunched the numbers…in terms of blue whales.
