Friedman-snow-photo-cropped At one time last week, 49 of the 50 states had at least some snow on the ground. (Only Florida escaped.) That meant a lot of courses were white rather than green, and were used not for tee shots but for cross country skiing and sledding.
Here, for instance, is the Cranbury (N.J.) Golf Club on a recent day. (We call this "The Fog of Golf.") We'd like to see what your favorite course looks like in winter. E-mail your photos to, and we'll include the best photos in a gallery later this week.
