Golf Shop Ceiling
Monday, January 13, 2014

We don't know where. We don't know when. We don't know why. But somewhere in America this man fell through a golf shop ceiling.

Witnesses "Ron" and "Billy" seem relatively unfazed as the man lies in the rubble, so maybe this isn't as rare as we would think...or hope.
UPDATE: Trevor Tam of Warrior Custom Golf has identified the man in the video as Ryan Veltkamp, an employee of Baneberry Golf and Resort, a Warrior-managed property in Eastern Tennessee. According to Tam, Veltkamp was in the shop's attic on December 30, 2013, searching for the wires controlling the camera system that ultimately captured the viral video when he "took a misstep" and fell through the ceiling. Tam says Veltkamp was "completely unharmed," so after a few days, they were "able to see the comedy of it all" and made the video public.
