Not only is Jordan Spieth climbing to the top of the golf world, he’s also making major strides in the real estate world too.
Spieth had a whirlwind end to 2014, winning both the Emirates Australian Open in November and the Hero World Challenge a week later in December.
Currently ranked No. 6 in the world, Spieth logged his first win of 2015 at the Valspar Championship March 15 and looks to edge past his T2 finish at last year’s Masters at Augusta National in a few weeks.
That’s the kind of success that allowed the 21-year-old to purchase a 7,378-square foot home for $2,275,000 in his hometown Dallas, according to candysdirt.com. And, let us say, it’s not too shabby.
Here’s a description from the listing:
“Magnificent Old Preston Hollow beauty with exquisite amenities including droin ceiling and art niches in hall, arched doorways, two 12 ft. stone islands in chef’s kitchen, beautiful family room open to kitchen with views of pool, 288 bottle wine closet, media room, gameroom, 5 bedrooms have private baths, office with 2 story ceilings and paneled doors leading to computer work stations. Lovely master has private sitting area, fireplace and gorgeous bath.”
I mean, there’s no putting green, but we guess he’s doing just fine.
