Jamie Sadlowski wants you to know he’s capable of more than just hitting unattainably far drives.
The 2008 and 2009 Re/Max World Long-Drive champ took the first step toward qualifying for the U.S. Open when he won the local qualifier at The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Monday. Oh, and he did so with CBS golf broadcaster Gary McCord as his caddie.
According to Golf Digest, Sadlowski and McCord are frequent playing partners at Whisper Rock Golf Club in Scottsdale.
Sadlowski, who now moves on to a sectional qualifier, posted a photo with McCord on Instagram: “Good day today at #DCRanch with my looper! 65 times today with a couple bad reads from my caddy…#USOpenQualifier @callawaygolf @arccosgolf.”
