2015 U.S. Open: Justin Rose Using Golf Bag With Late Father’s Name

Justin Rose is using a golf bag during the final round of the U.S. Open with the name of his late father, Ken Rose, inscribed on it, a fitting tribute on Father’s Day.

Rose’s father passed away in 2002 after a bout with leukemia. After Rose won the U.S. Open at Merion on Father’s Day, he motioned to the sky in a tribute to Ken. Rose credits his father as the main source of his development as both a golfer and a person. His victory at Merion was his first major championship title.

Here’s a look at Rose’s bag.

It was amazing to tribute my US Open win in 2013 to this great man…. #LoveYouDad #HappyFathersDay Playing today at 12pm with @ollie_gtgolf #FinalRound #USOpen #ChambersBay
