The house will include an Olympic-sized
pool, spa, gym, wine room, and 1,200-square-foot master suite, according to the article. Nordegren, a former model who divorced Tiger Woods in 2010, is studying psychology at nearby Rollins
College, according to the report.
Nordegren purchased and then demolished a $12.2 million dollar estate in North Palm Beach to make room for the new house, which is just 30 miles from Woods' Jupiter estate.

She had bought a 1932 built house for $12.2 million – but promptly knocked the property down.
The former nanny was criticized for destroying the property but she insisted it would have taken too much work to restore the home which was not hurricane proof and infested with bugs.
