Truth & Rumors: Tiger Woods looms large in Asia

There may be one place in the world where Tiger is still treated like his namesake.
Woods is playing this week at the CIMB Classic in Malaysia, where, according to, he's truly treated like a tiger: Both admired, and feared.

Ahead of the US$6.1 million event in Kuala Lumpur, India’s Gaganjeet Bhullar admitted he found it a little unsettling when the 14-time Major champion suddenly appeared during a practice round.
“He was standing right behind the tee box waiting for me to clear it,” said Bhullar on Tuesday.
“I don’t know if I should say yes or no, but I think a bit,” added Bhullar, when asked if he was intimidated by Woods.

Mr. Gaganjeet: That's a resounding "Yes."
The first two iterations of the CIMB have been won by Americans, Ben Crane and Bo Van Pelt. This year's event runs from Thursday, Oct. 25, until Sunday, Oct. 28.
