Balancing a five-hour time difference between Wales and the East Coast of the United States, NBC had previously decided to show Saturday's action from the Ryder Cup on tape-delay from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.However, as the Golf Gods tooketh on Friday in the form of a seven-hour rain delay, they gaveth in the form of more live golf for U.S. viewers. ESPN will pick up live coverage at 3 a.m. Saturday, when Friday's unfinished matches resume, and NBC will pick up the live action at 8 a.m.
