Ian Poulter played like a man possessed on Saturday evening, carrying Rory McIlroy to a 1-up victory over Jason Dufner and Zach Johnson in their four-ball match. He made clutch birdie putts on the final five holes to win the match and secure a point the Europeans desperately needed.
