2019 Farmers Insurance Open: Round 4 tee times, pairings for Sunday

The stage is set for a fun (and low-scoring) final round at Torrey Pines. Justin Rose, currently No. 1 in the World Ranking, could solidify his place at the summit with a win, and he’ll take a three-shot lead to the opening tee Sunday afternoon.
