Holmes stuck his tee shot close on the 181-yard hole, and Oosthuizen was up next. His ball landed in the middle of the green and started tracking toward the hole and bumped into Holmes’ ball. At first it looked as if he had knocked Holmes’ ball into the cup, but it just missed. Oosthuizen’s ball picked up pace and dropped directly into the cup.
And yes, Holmes was allowed to move his ball back to its original spot.
