Adidas Golf is gearing up for the Ryder Cup with limited-edition shoes for staff players including Jim Furyk, Justin Rose, Martin Kaymer, Sergio Garcia, Stephen Gallacher, as well as Euro captain Paul McGinley. The Ryder Cup-themed footwear feature color combinations for both the European and American teams and come in each of the company's most successful models for 2014 – the adizero one (worn by Garcia and Gallacher), the pure 360 (worn by McGinley), and the adicross gripmore (worn by Furyk, Rose, and Kaymer).
“The Ryder Cup is one of the greatest sporting events in the world and we are excited to have a great representation of five staffers playing and one serving as captain,” said Masun Denison, Director of Global Footwear Product Marketing at adidas Golf. “We realized this was a great opportunity for us to take our highest performing footwear models and offer unique and exciting colors that not only represent each team but truly embody what this electrifying event is all about.”
At the moment the limited-run Ryder Cup models are unfortunately not available at retail.
