NEW DELHI (AP) — Pablo Larrazabal of Spain eagled the 18th hole in fading light to take the clubhouse lead of the third round of the fog-plagued Avantha Masters on Saturday.
Larrazabal’s 6-under 66 gave him an 11-under 205 total and a one-stroke lead over SSP Chowrasia (67) and fellow Indian Sujjan Singh (68) and Argentine Rafa Echenique (67) at the combined European and Asian tour event.
Also at 11 under was Robert Coles of England, who drove the green on the par-4 15th and sank a 25-foot eagle putt. He still had two holes to play when the round was suspended because of darkness.
A total of 23 golfers hadn’t complete their rounds at DLF Golf & Country Club, where fog delayed the start for a third straight day.
