McIlroy and One Direction's Horan Team Up Again at BMW Pro-Am
By Coleman McDowell
Wednesday, May 20, 2015

Rory McIlroy is a good friend to have.

Not long after McIlroy took One Direction's Niall Horan to Augusta National to be his caddie for the Par 3 Contest in April, McIlroy and Horan teed it up at the BMW Championship in Wentworth, England, the flagship event for the European Tour.

The duo conducted a Q&A after his round where we found out Horan has broken 80 before (career round is a 79) and he would play golf with Frank Sinatra. Augusta National must have struck favor with Horan because he named the venerable course his most desired place to play. Bonus: He reveals the best and worst golfers in One Direction!

Since Horan caddied for McIlroy at Augusta, the world No. 1 has reeled off finishes of 4, 1, T8 and 1. Coincidence? Probably.
