Hey, Phil Mickelson: Let's save these 94-foot birdie bombs for one more week?

Mickelson is already in top Ryder Cup form in the first round of the Tour Championship, where he took putter from off the green on the first hole and rolled in a 94-foot putt to a back right pin. Mickelson was short of the green with his approach. The slope of the green made the putt pick up speed as it approached the cup and Mickelson's ball could have rolled well past, but it hit the flagstick and dropped directly in for an exciting three. Not a bad way to start the round.

Lefty hasn't played in the Tour Championship since 2013, where he finished tied for 12th. With a bogey on the sixth hole, he fell back to even par overall. Check out the putt below.
