Dustin Johnson is your two-day leader at the 116th U.S. Open in Oakmont. Stop us if you've heard that before.

Johnson has held plenty of major leads in his career but, despite enormous success on the PGA Tour, has yet to collect his first major title.

So can he do it?

There are a few other top talents who have carried the nearly man label -- most notably former World No. 1 Lee Westwood and nine-time PGA Tour winner Sergio Garcia -- near the top of the leaderboard, so someone could be headed for a major breakthrough.
