So much for Oakmont breaking PGA Tour players down.

During his second round Saturday morning, Gregory Bourdy of France made an incredible charge on the front nine, carding three birdies and five pars after starting off with a bogey on the first hole.

But Bourdy wasn't done. On the 379-yard par-4 11th hole, Bourdy's second shot from 137 yards out bounced nicely into the hole for an eagle.

The Frenchman grabbed a share of the lead with Dustin Johnson after a birdie on the par-3 13th.
