Duffy says: "Summertime in wine country reminds me of the movie Sideways, in which one of the main characters, Miles, angrily protests having to drink Merlot, but eventually uncorks a bottle of expensive French Bordeaux, which happens to be... mostly Merlot! Still, Bordeauxs are among the most sought-after wines in the world and the prices often show it. My pick is a blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, and at just $20, it's a great value."
