Report: Tiger Woods Hitting Full Speed Drivers This Week

Masters 2016: Nicklaus Surprised Tiger Isn't Playing
In this Masters preview segment from GOLF.com Live From Augusta, our panel discusses Jack Nicklaus' recent comments on Tiger Woods.

Tiger Woods is managing to make news during Masters week even when he's not in the tournament.

According to Golf Channel's Tim Rosaforte, Woods was hitting full-swing drivers at Medalist GC, his home course in Florida. Woods and his camp have been coy about the 14-time major winner's return to competition, and there has been no timeline put in place. If he's not rushing back to play the Masters, no one really knows when we will see him next.

Woods hitting drivers full speed is a natural progression. At the end of February, he released a video of his 9-iron swing and a report surfaced that he was taking slow swings with his driver. This report shows that he is at least moving in the right direction, albeit slowly.

Earlier this week, Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, said he "absolutely" expected his client to be back on the course this year. The only other question remaining is the one everyone wants to know. When?
