A Tiger Woods golf swing simulator might be coming to a Chinese town near you.

Full Swing Golf and Alisports -- a sports platform that as a subsidiary of Alibaba Group deals with ticketing, broadcasting rights and rights management -- announced a new partnership Thursday with the aim to grow the game of golf in China. According to a press release, the wide-ranging partnership will include integrated marketing and cross-promotional programs with the simulator company.

A keystone to the partnership is Full Swing Golf's relationship with Tiger Woods. The company will create Tiger Woods branded golf simulators as part of the deal.

Alisports CEO Zhang Dazhong had this to say about the new deal, "We are extremely excited to partner with Full Swing to take a huge step forward in the effort to grow the game of golf in China. We believe Full Swing Golf's unmatched technology and relationship with Tiger Woods will propel golf forward in China, allowing golfer's greater accessibility to the game."

Woods is also quoted, saying, "One of the reasons I wanted to work with Full Swing was their vision for the future and how they planned to change the landscape of golf. This new partnership demonstrates that, and also gives me the opportunity to work with Jack Ma who is someone I respect tremendously because of everything he has been able to accomplish in his life."
