It might be back to the gym for Rory McIlroy.

While running a junior golf clinic during the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley Golf Club last weekend, the world No. 1 agreed to arm wrestle 17-year-old junior prodigy Brad Dalke.

And he got beat. Badly.

McIlroy was no match for Dalke, who committed verbally to play for the University of Oklahoma Sooners at the tender age of 12. Part of the winning 2014 Junior U.S. Ryder Cup team, Dalke listed "working out" as one of his interests on his Ryder Cup profile.

"Look at this, no chance," McIlory laughed prior to the bout, pointing to Dalke's bicep.

Dalke graduated a year early from Spring Creek Academy by taking extra credits since his freshman year in order to get to Oklahoma early. The three-time American Junior Golf Association first-team All-American finished the tournament in 40th with a total score of 232.
