A single shot can speak volumes. In the case of Rory McIlroy on the 16th tee Monday during a practice round at Augusta National, the words were, "Don't forget about me."

When it comes to Masters favorites, it's hard to imagine a four-time major winner getting as little love as Rory McIlroy has of late, but one swing from him sure electrified Augusta National Monday during a practice round.

McIlroy, apparently leading his match against Chris Wood, hit 7-iron on the beautiful, par-3 16th hole. McIlroy reportedly led by two holes on the tee, and in a matter of seconds was proven the winner as he jarred it for an ace.

It will be difficult to argue with that form during Masters week.
