Masters 2015: Beer Prices Increase But Are Still Affordable

Masters Memories: Gary Van Sickle's 'Fake' Augusta National
GOLF Magazine's Gary Van Sickle recounts his 'exposé' of Augusta National in this Masters Memory.

Beer prices at the Masters are going up—albeit not by much.

Prices for domestic and imported beers both increased $1, to $4 and $5, respectively.

But no need to worry, compared to other events, concession prices at the Masters are still cheap.

“You never like seeing prices go up, but it’s still cheaper than pretty much every other sporting event,” Mike Tinley told The Augusta Chronicle Monday. “I don’t think many people will stop buying $4 beers.”

You can also take advantage of other cheap items at the Masters: Soda, water and iced tea for $1.50 and coffee for $1.

Just be aware that beer is not available on the main course after 4 p.m.
