GOLF and SI Collect Seven Awards in 2016 Golf Writers Association of America Writing Contest

GOLF.com, GOLF and Sports Illustrated won seven awards in the 2016 Golf Writers Association of America Writing Contest.

Leading the way was GOLF senior writer Cameron Morfit, who collected two second-place honors, one in the Non-Daily Features category for his revealing GOLF profile of Jason Day and another in the Daily News category for his GOLF.com story chronicling the moving conclusion to Tom Watson’s British Open career.
