Two campus police offers try to wrangle the errant golf cart.

Students at Loyola University - Chicago got to experience a wild ride on campus April 16, when a campus police golf cart put on a show for passersby.

The video shows an unmanned golf cart, apparently stuck in reverse, doing backwards donuts near the campus parking garage. Eventually, two campus policemen get the thing under control, but not before fiercely wielding batons, breaking some windows and fruitlessly chasing after it in circles for a while.

It looks like Cop #1 was thinking, "Help me out here, buddy?"

A student is overheard saying, "This is probably one of the best things I've ever seen," and we can't help but agree. Take a look for yourself:
