The European Tour kicked off British Masters week with an after-dark match play event with Shane Lowry, Luke Donald, Andrew 'Beef' Johnston and others.

The contest featured eight players competing to win 10,000 pounds for the charity of their choice and was set up as a one-hole knock-out on the Grove's 18th. The tee featured a fiery addition, with flames shooting up on either side of the golfers as each teed off. Andy Sullivan, Alex Noren, Bernd Wiesberger, Alex Levy and Jeev Milkha Singh also took part, with Levy winning in the end.

The British Masters begins at the Grove at Chandlers Cross on Thursday.
