Erik Compton has undergone two heart transplants, and he’s only 35.

Several stories have been written about the PGA Tour player and his road back to competitive golf, but Jim Nantz told one during Sunday’s telecast that can be added to the list.

While eating dinner during this week’s Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio, Compton and his server at the restaurant started talking, and they found out they have one miraculous thing in common: the server’s nephew was the one who gave Compton his heart.

You can listen to the clip below. Compton shot a 77 on Sunday to finish 3-under for the tournament.
