Jordan Spieth, Jason Day, Bubba Watson Headline Notable Tee Times

Jason Day Has a Chance at Number 1 at Deutsche Bank
With a win at the Deutsche Bank Championship and a less than third place finish for both Rory McIlroy and Jordan Spieth, Jason Day could top the Official Golf World Rankings.

As the FedEx Cup push continues to Boston and the Deutsche Bank Championship this week, here are a few mega pairings to follow during the first two rounds.

The biggest headliner boasts Jason Day and Jordan Spieth, each with a chance to claim the world No. 1 ranking, alongside Bubba Watson for the first two rounds. They’ll go off the 10th tee at 9:30 a.m. EST Friday morning for the first round.

Another grouping to watch is Dustin Johnson, Henrik Stenson and Zach Johnson. Dustin Johnson and Stenson are the seventh- and eighth-ranked players in the world, respectively, and Zach is the reigning British Open champion. Those three head off the first tee at 1:40 p.m. EST.

World No. 1 Rory McIlroy will return to action alongside Hideki Matsuyama and Kevin Kisner at 9:06 a.m. EST.

Notably absent from the tournament is Sergio Garcia, the No. 10 player in the world. Garcia, who missed last week's Barclays, is reportedly not injured and expecting to play in the BMW Championship in two weeks. Nonetheless, he is the only player in the top 50 in the world rankings who qualified and will not in be in the field.
