A group of women playing golf at Talking Stick Golf Club in Scottsdale over the weekend had an encounter with a hungry, unwelcomed visitor.

At one point during the round, the women were chased by a coyote that they initially thought was a stray dog. “I thought to myself, ‘Wait this isn’t a dog. That’s a coyote,’” Rebecca Guldberg told CBS5AZ.com.

The coyote didn’t scare the women away from taking photos, but once the experience was properly documented, they took off in their golf carts—but the coyote followed.
