Brooks Koepka, Tony Finau Join Nike Golf

New Year Means Newly Signed Athletes at Golf Brands
Nike and PXG signed some heavy hitters to their brands for 2016, including Brooks Koepka and Zach Johnson, respectively.

When Brooks Koepka tees it up this week at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions, he’ll be doing so with the Nike swoosh across his chest, hat and clubs.

The 25-year-old long hitter is the most recent golfer to sign with Nike, according to a press release from the sports equipment brand Monday. Koepka, who is ranked 16th in the official world golf rankings, is moving away from his bag of Titleist clubs he used to win for the first time on Tour last season.

Also joining Nike alongside Koepka is Tony Finau. While Finau didn’t win in 2015, he finished in the top 10 on five occasions with top 15 performances at the U.S. Open and PGA Championship. They are joined by 12 other professional golfers that have signed with Nike this year. Both Koepka and Finau’s new bag set-ups are listed at the bottom of the page.

PGA Tour pro and fellow Nike staffer Patrick Rodgers tweeted the following about the announcement:
