Brooke Pancake’s pun-happy sponsorship with Waffle House will continue for at least another season’s-worth of breakfasts.
The 25-year-old LPGA Tour player re-upped her deal with the restaurant recently, ensuring the company’s title will remain emblazoned across her black and yellow golf bag, as well as the tagline “Scattered, Smothered, Covered.”
This comes from a Chattanooga Times Free Press report that says, “Sponsorships are uncommon for Waffle House.” Apparently, it’s a perfect match for Pancake, who signed with the restaurant last January. Waffle House spokesperson Shelby White asserts the pro golfer “loves Waffle House.”
Just enough to let the brand name follow her (and her caddie) to every tournament she plays.
