John Daly tweets photo after shoulder surgery

John Daly, the 1995 British Open champion, withdrew from this year's Open Championship because he needed surgery on a torn tendon in his right elbow. The surgery happened Thursday and the patient was doing well afterward.

Daly_surgery The injury occurred during the second round of last week's Greenbrier Classic, and Daly said he expects his recovery time to be three to four months.
