We asked Jerry Kelly how to practice if you can only spend an hour at the driving range each week. Here is his response, along with his recommendation for driving-range music.
Jerry Kelly: "You don't have enough time to practice your mechanics on the range in just an hour a week. Mechanics can be done in your mind when you're at the office, when you should be working but you don't want to. The hour a week on the range is to find your natural rhythm. The best way to find your rhythm is to get an iPod and swing to a couple of different beats of music to find out what's best for you. It's unfortunate if polka turns out to be your best rhythm, but if that's it, then you have to go with it. Try a rock song, then a country song.
