The identity of the offending photographer who snapped a shutter too early and disturbed Phil Mickelson on a chip shot during the morning matches temporarily remains a mystery. The PGA of America will not disclose the name of the shooter, who was taken off the grounds.

I had this conversation with a PGA of America official:

Me: Do you have a list of who's got which bib?
Official: Yes, do you have a bib number?
Me: Number 350.
Official: Nope. Ejected.
Me: You can't tell me the name?
Official: No.
Me: So I'm going to have to hunt him down like a dog?
Official:  Sorry.

The incident happened on the 10th hole of Mickelson's match with Anthony Kim versus Padraig Harrington and Robert Karlsson. Mickelson flinched and hit his chip shot long, and immediately turned and began addressing the photographer, who tried to slink away but was followed by security officials and eventually taken off the course.
