Tiger Woods's enemies and rivals

Ian Poulter
In the March 2008 issue of Golf World U.K., Poulter said, "Don't get me wrong, I really respect every professional golfer, but I know I haven't played to my full potential and when that happens, it will be just me and Tiger."
Poulter later said the quote was taken out of context, but Woods made it known that he was aware of what the Englishman had said. After a dramatic win in Dubai in early 2008, against a field that included Poulter, Woods was asked about the gap between himself and the world's second-ranked player, Phil Mickelson. "I thought Ian Poulter was No. 2," he said.
