The Phoenix Open isn't on Tiger Woods's current schedule, but as a 21-year-old rookie in 1997 he gave the event one of its most electrifying moments when he aced the famous 162-yard, par-3 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale on Saturday, the loudest and craziest day of the tournament.
