After playing the longest par 4 at Southern Hills, players will face the shortest. The hole doglegs right, and missing right brings trees and a creek into play, so big numbers are possible. The ideal tee shot is to the fairway's left side, leaving only a short-iron second shot to the shallow, two-tiered green. As you can see at left, missing this green short is not a good idea.
