I set up with my head over the ball, keep it steady during my backswing (it moves to the right a little in response to my shoulder turn), and then allow it to move down and forward on my downswing.
I like to feel that my weight is solidly over my left leg at impact, with my head directly on top of the ball. This gives me the confidence to drive down and through the shot and take a nice healthy divot in front of the ball.
