TRY THIS DRILL
Force your left shoulder up
Place your driver across your chest as shown, make your backswing turn, then try to hit an imaginary ball teed up to your knees. Focus on moving your right shoulder down and your left shoulder up as you swing through. If your clubhead swings above your knees, your left shoulder isn't spinning up enough.
Step 1: The angle of your club as it sits across your chest should match your hip tilt.
Step 2: Turn away from the ball by moving your left shoulder under (remember your hips).
