If you want to be a more natural putter, try this drill to improve your feel. Just drop a few balls and putt to the fringe of the green, trying to stop the ball exactly on the line where the putting green ends and the apron begins. When you putt without worrying about the hole it helps you develop a sense of speed and increases your sensory awareness.
