Future Ryder Cup Venues
2014: Glenegales Hotel and Resort
Perthshire, Scotland
Site of the European Tour's Johnnie Walker Championship since 1999, this resort has three 18-hole courses and a nine-hole course as well. Jack Nicklaus designed the 7,320-yard PGA Centenary Course to be a rugged test for the game's best players. The Ryder Cup matches will be contested on it. Hotel guests can also play the King's Course, which opened in 1919 and was designed by James Braid, or the Queen's Course. At just 5965 yards long, it is short but challenging.
