5 Things You Didn't Know ... EDS Byron Nelson Championship Mickelson Went 0'fer the 5s, Sorta Phil Micklelson made news last week when he announced that he was switching to Butch Harmon in hopes of improving his driving accuracy. But Mickelson continued to miss fairways (he was T46 for the week, hitting 31 of 56) at the TPC at Four Seasons, and he did not hit any of the par-5 greens in two all week. Still, he was six under for the week on those par 5s and finished T3 for the tournament. • See Phil Mickelson's Stats and Results

Kelly Continues Hot Streak Heading into the Arnold Palmer Invitational in March, Jerry Kelly, the 40-year-old PGA Tour veteran, had missed four cuts in seven starts. He placed a respectable T9 in Orlando that week and has not left the Top 10 since, finishing T5 at the Masters, T8 at the Verizon Heritage and T3 this week at the EDS Byron Nelson. • See Jerry Kelly's Stats and Results

Low Scores, Surprisingly High Finish Only three players shot all four rounds in the 60s at the 2007 EBS Byron Nelson, Scott Verplank (67-68-66-66), Luke Donald (67-66-67-68) and Vijay Singh (69-67-69-69), who interestingly finished well off the lead at T13. • See Vijay Singh's complete results and stats

Good Putting, Bad Timing Luke Donald is known for his consistently good ball striking. Once again, he tied for most fairways hit for the week, but the Englishman also had a hot putter in Dallas. For the week, Donald holed 49 of 56 putts from 10-feet and closer (87.5%). But Donald's double bogey on No.9 Sunday — his only double bogey of the week — moved him from one shot ahead of Scott Verplank to one shot behind. He was never able to recover the lead. Sweet Sandy for Scott Scott Verplank is ranked T24 in Sand Save Percentage this season, but he gets up and down from the beach only 58% of the time. Having made only 3 of 11 putts on Sunday between 7 and 15 feet, the pressure was on Verplank to get the ball close when he hit a greenside bunker on No. 17. From 65 feet away, Verplank stopped the ball only a foot and a half from the hole. That's 7 feet and 1 inch better than his average from greenside bunkers, which is 8 feet 7 inches. • See Scott Verplank's Stats and Results • Verplank Has Dream Week at Nelson • Gallery: Final Round at EBS Byron Nelson Championship • Scott Verplank's Sentimental Journey
