D.J. Trahan finally got his putter working
Last season was D.J. Trahan's third on the PGA Tour, and he averaged 29.88 putts per round (ranking 171st). But at the 2008 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, Trahan found a little magic in his flat stick. The former Clemson University star averaged 26 putts per round over the five rounds, including a 23-putt performance on his way to a 65 on Sunday. Trahan one-putted 42 of 90 holes in the event and never three-putted en route to his second Tour win.
