Tiger Woods earned nearly $100 million last year -- $7.7 million on the course and approximately $92 million off it. Here are some of the companies that help make him the richest athlete on the planet.
Nike
Tiger Woods sports Nike clothing from head to toe, and with the exception of his putter, uses Nike clubs and balls. He signed a new multi-year deal with Nike in December 2006, and though the terms were not released, his five-year deal in 2001 was widely reported to be worth $100 million.
