Do... Move your shirt buttons back to your left leg to help you hit down on the ball. The force of your forward motion will cause your wrists to unhinge and power the club into the back of the ball and then into the turf. Stay down and stay centered—see if you can catch a peek at your divot before you pull up into your finish.
Don't... Leave your weight on your back leg or you'll get that weak flare you're trying to avoid.
