It's for: Mid-handicappers
The reworked Custom Tuning Port is
lighter, filters more vibration (softer
tungsten-filled elastomer) and
provides more face reinforcement
than the G5. The weight savings
(15 grams) is placed in the toe to
shift the center of gravity (CG)
nearer to the middle of the
face. This raises inertia for
added forgiveness. G10 has
a lower, more rearward CG,
due to its wider sole. The
result is higher flight and
similar spin to G5. Lastly,
G10 long irons have
more offset than G5s,
short irons have less.
