Angel Cabrera was a member of the 2005 President's Cup International team. He was teamed with 2005 U.S. Open champion Michael Campbell in Day 2's Fourball matches and the pair halved their match against Phil Mickelson and Chris DiMarco. Paired together again on Day 3, they lost to Mickelson and DiMarco 5 & 3 in Foursomes before halving an afternoon Fourball match against Davis Love III and Fred Couples.
